The sessions conducted by Jennifer, Authentic Journeys, have helped me to improve my communication with the client. The sessions were mainly on business conversation, email writing, and meetings & presentations. These were very interactive sessions. I should say, "This has built up our confidence level a lot."  Earlier, it was difficult for me to write an email.  I was not aware of the format that should be followed in email writing; but now, things have changed.  I've become more confident in writing emails.  Each and every tasks assigned in between the sessions were really amazing. This is really an outstanding course.
