This course is only available for live learning. As Jennifer Kumar is conducting these programs as part-time work, sessions could only be scheduled on Saturdays.
It is best to assign teams that work together to this program. In addition to learning all the skills in the program, teams learn about each other's working style preferences while bonding.
This program can also align with Coaching Skills for Managers and Manager's Coaching Cafe.
This program focuses on building the business acumen, consulting skills, and critical thinking skills of your development team to help them more effectively consider how to articulate status updates. This program builds team communication, project management, and problem solving skills among all levels - from developers to mid-level managers, to the CEOs or company founders (especially for start ups).
To make this possible, we provide:
- coaching and training program to the development team via this course
- coaching to the management team via the Coaching Skills for Manager's Program
- coaching and consulting to the founders and possible other stakeholders via the Manager's Coaching Cafe Program
